About Dr. Sherri Johnson

Dr. Sherri Johnson is a nationally recognized nurse leader, workforce development strategist, and health equity advocate with more than 25 years of experience across clinical practice, leadership, policy engagement, and education.

 

She is the Founder of The Institute for Health and Social Equity and a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing. Her work centers on aligning systems to expand opportunity and build sustainable pathways into healthcare careers.
